These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Nature of our business

This website presents wholesale and OEM products offered by Wendao Zhixing US LLC. Product pages show indicative wholesale pricing; binding prices are those stated in a written quotation signed or acknowledged by both parties.

2. Orders & quotations

• Sample orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Wholesale orders are confirmed by written order acknowledgment and, unless otherwise agreed, a 30% deposit.
• Sample fees are credited against your first wholesale order of the corresponding product line, within 12 months of the sample purchase.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods include card payments via our secure payment links, and bank wire (T/T) for orders as agreed. Overdue balances may accrue interest and suspend production.

4. Product information & compliance

Natural fur products are labeled in accordance with the U.S. Fur Products Labeling Act, including species, country of origin, and manufacturer identification. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements and resale regulations in their own jurisdictions, including state-level restrictions on fur sales.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, imagery, and branding are the property of Wendao Zhixing US LLC. OEM clients retain rights to designs and trademarks they supply; we claim no ownership over client-provided designs.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
